The Course Management Console opens to the Course NavBars (the third link in the Course Management Console toolbar).  Your course site is set up with an ARCC default course navigation bar.  You can make changes to this default.  Once you have added a link to your navigation bar, your students will also have access to that tool or link.  It is also a good idea to preview your navigation bar in a smaller or higher resolution than your current one to see how the navbar will look on a variety of computers.
