Click Question Library on the QUIZZES main screen.  Here you can add sections and organize your questions for easy insertion into your quizzes.  If you already have questions in the Library, on the left side of the Question Library screen you will see the list of  section folders available.  You can choose one by clicking on the folder name.

At the top of the Question Library Screen you are given the following options:

• Hide (remove the library section folders from view).
• Create a new section (Section: [drop-down menu] GO).
• Create a new question (Section: [drop-down menu] GO).
• Import questions
• Move(appears in the space beside the import arrow after you have added questions).
• Delete (appears in the space beside the import arrow after you have added questions).
• Order (appears in the space beside the import arrow after you have added questions).
• SAVE (appears in the space beside the import arrow after you have added questions).
• Display Options (Link appears in the upper right corner of the Question Library screen).
• View the question by clicking the preview icon  to the right of the question name.
• Edit the question by clicking the edit icon  to the right of the question name.
• Edit the section folder by clicking the edit icon  to the right of the folder name.
• Edit the value (weight/difficulty) of the question by click the Edit Values icon.

1. Type the name of the section in the Section Name field.
2. Add a message.
3. Under the Display Options, you may choose to display the section name, insert a line break after the section name,and display the message typed above.  If you do not select Display Message, the message will not be displayed on the quiz.
4. SAVE.

Move/Re-order Files
To change the position of a file, select the box beside a question.  In the bottom frame, enter the number of positions to move the question and click the UP or DOWN arrow.  To move the question inside another folder, select the box beside the folder and then click on the Move icon.  On the new screen, select the destination folder by clicking on the folder name.

Delete a Question or Section
To delete a question or section, selct the box beside the name and click the Delete icon.

Order/Arrange Questions and Sections
By clicking on the Order icon, you can arrange the questions and sections into the desired order.  Select a file and then click on the UP or SOWN arrow.  When you are finished, click SAVE to return to the main Question Library screen.
 

Display Options Display Options enables you to change the appearance of your question library content, and specify how questions open.  You may choose to have the section sidebar shown or hidden.  The main header can be changed from Text and Icons, Icons Only, or Text Only.  You may also choose to view questions in a new window instead of the same frame.
