After you have entered the questions into the Question Library, you are ready to set up quiz.  On the main QUIZ screen, select New Quiz.  To set up a Quiz Report, select the Reports tab.

Quiz Reports give feedback to students after they finish their quiz.  Only one report will be displayed to students at any given time.

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Type a feedback message in the Message field.  To do this you may check the box to enter your message in HTML code or click the wysiwyg icon  to open the HTML editor.
  3. By default, reports are set to NOT show the students their answers.  This means that the students will only see their scores and percentages.  If you would like to show them the questions and their answers, select SHOW ALL from the drop-down menu.
  4. Check the SHOW CORRECT box to display the correct answers to the questions.
  5. Statistics: Select the boxes if you wish to show students the CLASS AVERAGE and SCORE DISTRIBUTION.
  6. You may choose to ADD ADDITIONAL REPORT.  Here you are given more options for a supplementary report to be released to students.  This addition report will be released at a set date and time.  You may want to do this to:
    • allow the questions and answers to be released once the quiz period is over;
    • to show the class average once all users have completed the quiz.
  7. SAVE QUIZ.
