From Interstate 94 from the East: Take Exit #103 for Alexandria and take a right from the exit ramp onto Hwy 29. Follow Hwy 29 through five stoplights. At the sixth stoplight (Dairy Queen is on the right) take a right on 17th Avenue. The college is located at the end of 17th Avenue.

From Interstate 94 from the West: Take Exit #103 for Alexandria and take a left from the exit ramp onto Hwy 29. Follow Hwy 29 through five stoplights. At the sixth stoplight (Dairy Queen is on the right) take a right on 17th Avenue. The college is located at the end of 17th Avenue. 

From Highway 29 from the South: Stay on Highway 29. After you cross Interstate 94 continue on Hwy 29 through five stoplights. At the sixth stoplight (Dairy Queen is on the right) take a right on 17th Avenue. The college is located at the end of 17th Avenue.

From Highway 29 from the North: Take Highway 29 into Alexandria. Take a right on Third Avenue. Take a left on Jefferson Street. Alexandria Technical College is located on Jefferson Street on the left-hand side of the road at the intersection of 17th and Jefferson. Alexandria Technical College’s main building is located south of the Jefferson High School.
