when dealing with people who seem to be wired very differently from ourselves.
Based on the DiSC® behavioral profile system, participants will learn about four
types of people that hold different and often conflicting perceptions of the
world around them. Built upon the principal that people's preferences will not
change; participants will discover that they have a choice. They can either

Successful Sailing on Melting Icebergs Session IV
Matt Weis
Imagining for a moment that you could sail an
iceberg, it would be foolish and dangerous to ignore the fact that your ship is
melting. Planning for the inevitable move to a new beginning would seem natural.
Unfortunately we all share tendencies that cause us to deny the reality of
constant change. Whether the change be positive or negative, having a plan for
change directly impacts our level of stress and ability to take advantage of
rich opportunities present in times of change. Based on a structured three-stage
process developed by William Bridges, Ph.D., this workshop integrates insights
that help people find an efficient path beyond the obsolete situation. Planning
for change before you’re knee deep is a basic skill shared by those we consider
to be lucky and successful. This workshop is for anyone who desires to have less
stress, greater luck, and spend more time on what they value most.

Joan Thompson
When this job description calls for no previous

payment due when they turn 18, why do we ever apply? The plate often overflows
and spills off the edge. As a true CEO (Chief Everything Officer) how do we
build strength and be intentional about our parenting so children will be on the
sidewalks of life.
