You can however take any quiz/e= xam as early as you would like (so you can be done with this course as soon as = you have learned the material). The answers to the online quizzes will be posted after the deadline.
<= o:p>	Q= uizzes will be taken online using the Desire 2 Learn website (see "Using D2L" below). Each qui= z is worth 10 points and will be graded on a pass/fail basis. That is, if you pass the quiz, = 70% or above, you will earn 10 points. If you fail a quiz, below 70%, you will earn 0 points. If you fail a quiz you may reta= ke the quiz, retakes will be worth half credit. So if you pass the retake quiz you will earn 5 out of 10 points, = if you fail the retake quiz you will earn 0 out of 10 points. You are allowed one retake for = each of the three quizzes.

<= o:p>	T= he final exam will be taken in person at Anoka Ramsey Community College (if you are not within an acceptable distance from ARCC, please contact me f= or further instructions). You= are allowed three attempts on the final exam, you= r grade will be based on the average score of the final exams you choose to take. So if, for example, = you take the first attempt at the final exam and earn a 95% and you decide t= hat this is a high enough score for you then you can choose not to take the second and third attempts and your final exam score will be 95%. If however, you earn 75% on you= r first attempt at the final exam and want to aim for a higher score you could c= hoose to take the second attempt at the final exam. Say you earn 86% on your second attempt, then your final exam score would be = 80.5% (since the average of 75% and 86% is 80.5%). If you decide that 80.5% is a h= igh enough score for you then you could choose NOT to take the third attempt. However, if you s= till want to aim for a higher score then you could choose to take the third a= ttempt. Say you earn 92% on your third = attempt then your final exam score would be 84.3% (since the average of 75%, 86%= , and 92% is 84.3%)
