Proctor Qualifications

The proctor must be

• a responsible, impartial person (someone you do NOT have a personal relationship with).
• able to supply an appropriate testing area for the length of the exam (a quiet room with sufficient work space).
• willing and able to actively proctor the exam for the full length of the exam.

Public libraries and college testing centers work well.  Anoka Ramsey Community College has testing centers on both campuses.  The Coon Rapids testing center can be reached at 763-433-1240, the Cambridge testing center can be reached at 763-433-1825.

Proctoring Procedure

All proctoring arrangements must be made at least ONE WEEK BEFORE the scheduled exam.

• Contact your proposed proctor to insure they are willing/able to proctor the exam.
• Fill out the form at http://webs.anokaramsey.edu/sonnek/2008Fall/Math0200Online/website/FindAProctor.htm as best as you can.  You must do this at least one week before the scheduled exam (I will email you with my decision within 48 hours).
• Bring a picture ID to the exam.
• Bring a stamped envelope addressed to

• I will send the exam material to the proctor by the exam date. 
• When you have finished the exam give it to the proctor with the envelope and s/he will mail it to me.
