Upward Bound ...
Is a
federally-funded program that empowers students to successfully complete
their high school education and enroll in college.
Is designed for students who are first
generation college and/or modest income.
Selects students
with the desire and potential to pursue postsecondary education.
Serves 100 students from seven area high schools:
Anoka,
Blaine,
Champlin Park,
Coon Rapids,
Osseo,
Park Center and
Spring Lake Park
