you enroll in their 10,000 step program they mail you a pedometer, free of
charge, and you can log your daily steps, they send you progress reports,

your completed test so that you can refigure your RealAge whenever you
change your diet, relationships, medications, personal habits, etc.
You can also print out a complete health recommendation report to help you
work toward lowering your RealAge.
