Dear
Teacher,
Thank you for allowing my students to visit your classroom to share some of their knowledge of chemistry. My students are performing the classroom visits as part of their lecture/laboratory grade in Principles of Chemistry II. The classroom visits are intended to satisfy the oral component of the course. Most of these students have plans to major in health or science related fields. Please do not hesitate to ask them questions about their background, their future plans, or any of the activities they have brought to your classroom.
The classroom visitation project began in 1994 with three annual grants from the Anoka-Ramsey Community College Foundation and is being continued from the chemistry department budget, due to its popularity with past host teachers, elementary students, and chemistry students. In order to provide the students and myself some feedback, we would appreciate it if you could take a few moments to evaluate the classroom visits and place your evaluation in the provided envelope. You may choose to give an anonymous evaluation, though the large majority of students would like to know well they did with their presentation. The envelope may either be returned with the students or mailed to the address below.
If you or any of your students would like to send any notes or comments, I may be contacted at:
