The purpose of the leadership hallmark is two-fold: utilize the chapter's energy and ideas to head efforts that improve the lives of those on our campus, in our communities, and others in the world; to help people become better, more effective leaders.   As Phi Theta Kappa members we are often either expected to be leaders on campus, or called upon to support various efforts on campus and in the community.   Members have leadership development opportunities available here at Anoka-Ramsey and off campus through Phi Theta Kappa events and conferences.
