Dr. Huffman, Professor of Science Education at University of Kansas, will serve as the external evaluator and provide formative and summative data on the effectiveness of the project. Dr. Huffman has a background in civil engineering, science education, and program evaluation. He is a former middle school science teacher and currently teaches science education methods courses at the University of Kansas. He has deep and diverse experience serving as an external evaluator for NSF on numerous projects related to science education.
